Green fund?
Green Fund is a share of Lottery's proceeds. As the National Assembly Environmental Forum announced "a plan for the environmentally friendly development of water resources through forests and fund raise, the amended forestry law was promulgated in 1999 - To create the Green Fund through issuance of Green Lottery tickets.
In 2004, the Prime Minister's Lottery Commission was established in order to mandate to oversee the issuance of integrated lottery products. From then, Green Fund started being allocated as a dividend of Lottery Proceeds from the Prime Minister's Lottery Commission. The Fund has been used to support various public affairs for forests.
